Commonly used methods for replacing main parts of drug stability test box
1. Motor: Use cross screwdriver to open the inner airway shield of the test equipment, remove the outer hexagonal nut with open wrench, pull out the wind wheel, and then use the inner hexagonal wrench to remove the motor screw.
2. Wind wheel: Open the inner airway cover with cross screwdriver and pull out the wind wheel with open wrench.
3. Refrigerant: Find the connection pipe between refrigerant bottle and compressor, pay attention to refrigerant label on compressor, open refrigerant bottle valve after connection, pay attention to check pressure, compressor in indoor and outdoor two situations;
4. Controller; use cross screwdriver to open upper and lower screw, and use cross screwdriver to turn the screw of fixed screen;
5. Printer: Open the side cover or upper cover of the equipment with a fixed key, clamp the movable tongue on both sides of the printer with your finger, punch the panel cover, loosen the fixed screw of the printer with a cross screwdriver, and pull out the connecting line of the printer.
